1. Services Provided
Farmer's Towing offers 24/7:
- Emergency towing (light/medium/heavy duty)
- Flatbed towing services
- Roadside assistance (jump starts, tire changes)
- Vehicle recovery in Fresno County
2. Service Limitations
- Payment: Cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance payments accepted
- Hazardous Loads: We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe vehicles
- Storage Fees: Daily rates apply after 24-hour grace period
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle location and description
- Remove personal belongings before towing
- Pay all fees before vehicle release
- Notify us of any special requirements (e.g., all-wheel drive)
4. Pricing & Payments
- Rates based on CPUC-approved fee schedule for California
- Additional fees may apply for:
- After-hours services (10pm-6am)
- Special equipment requirements
- Extended mileage (>15 miles from pickup)
5. Liability Limitations
- Not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage
- Maximum liability limited to $500 for personal items left in vehicle
- Must inspect vehicle and report any new damage before signing release
